My name is Claribel and I’m the founder of Clarity with Claribel. Where we blend wellness, beauty, and confidence in a way that actually works for real woman, real life, real glow.
I’m a Licensed Esthetician and Makeup Artist with a Master’s in Health & Wellness Counseling, but more importantly, I’m a real woman navigating real seasons, too. I know what it feels like to pour into everyone else, to feel like your needs keep getting pushed down the list, and to look in the mirror and think, “I don’t feel like myself lately.”
That’s why my approach is simple and supportive. I help women in midlife reset gently, through small habits, realistic routines, and confidence-building shifts that feel natural, not forced. I keep things simple, supportive, and sustainable. Because life keeps LIFING and we don’t need to work harder, just smarter!

My Story
Let me be real. I didn’t wake up confident one day out of the blue! I’ve wrestled with self-doubt, body image, and that familiar guilt of taking time for myself… like it was something I had to earn.
Then Crohn’s entered the chat. I was diagnosed at 25, and after 10 surgeries, I’ve had to learn, again and again, how to love a body that keeps changing. And now in midlife shifts, hormones crazies, brain fog, more body changes (and so much more), life has asked me to redefine myself in new ways all over again.
In the last couple of years especially, I’ve been reminded how quickly life can shift through loss, big transitions, and the everyday pressure of trying to hold everything together. I know what it feels like to be the one everyone relies on… while quietly running on empty.
That’s exactly why I created Clarity with Claribel. This is where wellness, beauty, and confidence come together in a way that’s simple, supportive, and sustainable. Not perfection. Not pressure. Not a routine that requires a second life to maintain. Just real guidance that is rooted in education, compassion, and practical steps that fit your lifestyle.
Because I believe you can be a responsible, loving, capable woman AND still choose yourself. You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re not “too late.”
